Where can I find my invoice?

A new invoice is available on the third business day every month. We won't generate an invoice if no costs were charged in the previous month.

# Downloading an invoice in Mollie Dashboard

1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard via web or via Mollie App.
2. Go to Reports > Invoices.

3. Click on the invoice number to download it.

Note: If you can’t find the invoice section, you might not have the right user role or you might be connected to a managed fee partner. Please reach out to the account owner to get access (assigned the appropriate user role) or to your managed fee partner for the invoices.

# Receiving the Invoice by Email

The account owner and team members with the roles Admin and Finance receive an email notification whenever a new invoice is issued. You can receive the invoice file attached to this email notification. To set it up:

1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Organization details > Invoices and select the option to receive the invoice PDF via email.

# Getting the Invoice via API Integration

With the Invoices API, you can access your monthly Mollie invoices. This API allows you to automatically input invoice data into your bookkeeping system, streamlining your accounting process. The PDF link can also be retrieved using the Invoices API.

Forwarding the invoice to your accountant

You can automatically send your Mollie invoices to your accountant. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Add your accountant as a Finance team member. This will give them access to log in to the Mollie Dashboard and download the invoices.
2. To have the invoice file sent directly via email, go to Settings > Notifications > Invoices in your Mollie Dashboard and enable the setting.
