How do I export my balance report, transactions, and settlements?

Export your Balance report if you want to use any financial information (e.g. transactions) related to your Mollie Balance. This information can be exported daily or monthly, depending on your preference.

To export your Balance Report:

1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
2. Go to Reports > Balance report.
3. Click on Export in the top right.
4. Choose to export to MT940, CSV, CODA or DATEV.
5. Select the month and year.
6. Download your preferred file per day or month.

You can export your transactions to get an overview of your payments – both paid, and unpaid. We don't recommend using this for bookkeeping purposes, only for payment analysis purposes.

To export your transactions:

1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
2. Go to Sales.
3. Select the filters you need.
4. Select Export in the top right hand corner.
5. Download the report as a CSV or PDF.

Your settlements include the revenue, deductions, and costs paid towards you. You can use the information from your settlement report for bookkeeping purposes.

To view and export your settlements:

1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
2. Go to Reports > Settlements.
3. Below Reference, click on the blue number code.
4. Choose to download as MT940, CSV, PDF, CODA.

Note: currently you can not generate a yearly settlement export, only a yearly balance report.
